I retired, again,three years ago to train full time for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in October 2010. It was an amazing experience.
I spend time between a place in San Diego and a permanent home in Austin, TX. Austin has been great but when the heat comes it is time for the ocean breeze.
I have a daughter and grandson here and a son in Phoenix. My wife, Candy and I celebrated our 42 anniversary in October.
I have not been back to Akron since the 40th reunion. I am looking forward to seeing some of those people who made great memories during my high school years.
